Study Habits and Interests
I kind of learned this back when I was in university. I wish I known it earlier. If you ever had to study "hard" for anything, you should probably not even bother studying for that specific subject or whatever it is you are trying to get good at; especially if you have no interest in that particular subject in the first place. It's always better to quit early than fumble and deal with the consequences like I did. Take a step back, reconsider your options before doing anything else. For instance, If I would had gone for a degree in music. I'd probably already have a bachelors degree and possibly a better G.P.A. (Grade Point Average). I could careless if it were a useless degree with no job prospect, at the very least, I would of had a bachelors degree and probably not suffer as much during my university studies. Unfortunately, I fell for the S.T.E.M. meme (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) and found out that I am an absolute brainlet when it came to any of those subjects. Sure I was good at robotics in high school, and I guess I had a passing interest for biology, but mathematics wasn't my strongest subject and it didn't help that chemistry was one of the weakest subjects in my entire educational history. Only reason why I even tried to obtain a degree in engineering was because of the prospect that I could get a high paying job. That stupid desire ended up costing me my credit score, and any potential chance to obtain any degree for the rest of my life. I am now worse off than those who didn't even bother with college after high school. Just take it from me. Don't fall for memes, even if they seem like the logical and pratical path foward. Most high reward paths are always going to be high risk anyways. In other words, perfect your skills in subjects you find interesting and fun. Don't bother torturing yourself and making yourself miserable by trying hard at things you have no interest in getting good at.
